生產管理專員

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for directing, organizing and overseeing production activities.
  • Ensure production process are completed in accordance with established quality management and production standards.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s in Food Science /Food Technology/ Nutrition, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin with multi dialects speaking ability will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with preparing sales proposal that meet customer expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong team player as well as can work independently.

EHS Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Environmental Policy Compliance: Ensure that all operations are conducted in full compliance with the company’s environmental policy, promoting sustainable practices.
  • Environmental Act Compliance: Oversee and manage environmental issues to ensure compliance with the relevant Environmental Act and regulations.
  • Waste Management: Take responsibility for managing waste, ensuring proper disposal methods are followed, and maintaining accurate waste disposal records.
  • Waste Water Treatment Monitoring: Conduct daily performance monitoring of the Waste Water Treatment Plant System to ensure optimal functioning and compliance with environmental standards.
  • Chimney Air Emission Monitoring: Coordinate with external providers to conduct chimney air emission monitoring on a half-yearly or yearly basis, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Report Submission to DOE: Ensure that all required monitoring reports are prepared and submitted to the Department of Environment (DOE), and secure approval for the same.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in teams (e.g., production, QA/QC, R&D) to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement.
  • Occupational Safety Compliance: Oversee safety issues, ensuring full compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirement:

  • Familiar with DOE Act, regulations and requirements.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Environment/ Health/ Safety), Science or equivalent.
  • Good team player and able to work independently.
  • A competent person for CePIETSO/CePSWaM is an added advantage.

QC Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Inspections: Monitor raw materials, packaging, work-in-progress, and finished products through patrol inspections to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Non-Conformity Handling: Address issues with non-conforming goods during inspections.
  • Testing & Analysis: Conduct tests, ensure results meet required standards, and compile and report findings.
  • Record Organization: Maintain QC analysis records and retention samples in proper condition.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends for improving quality and food safety.
  • Team Oversight: Assign specific testing tasks to subordinates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in teams (e.g., production, QA/QC, R&D) to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement.
  • Complaint Management: Recommend responses to complaints based on test results, production records, and legal standards.
  • Supplier Verification: Cooperate with purchasing to verify new supplier samples before ordering.
  • Packaging Material Inspection: Inspect internal and supplier rejects of packaging materials.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma advanced or higher in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Nutritionist/ Agriculture/Chemistry or equivalent.
  • Min 1 year working experience.

Product Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise in new product development project status between S&M, R&D, and Purchasing & Production Department.
  • Develop marketing tools eg. Catalogue, flyer etc.
  • Involve and follow up the matter of new or modification of packaging artwork design with designer.
  • Involve and update the company website.
  • Responsible to document customers’ needs and communicate and liaise with Food Safety Team and related section and ensure customer requirements are understood and can be fulfilled.
  • Ensure production planning, output and goals are achieved.
  • Undertake other duties assigned or directed by head of department time to time.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Nutritionist or equivalent.
  • Min 1 year working experience.

Research & Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • To conduct new product development activities, from project creation, laboratory trial, production trial run, actual mass production and the final confirmation of the production working instruction.
  • To conduct the improvement or modification on existing products, packaging or production process.
  • To work up the recipe formulation and costing of new/modified product.
  • To involve in product application and prototype preparation.
  • To participate in cross-functional teams (involving production, QA/QC, S&M team) to ensure effective resolution of technical issues, continuous improvement, assist in problem solving, root cause investigation of problem.
  • Responsible to understand the products in detail and provide technical support to the customer or potential clients.
  • To create and executing market research and development projects to facilitate the company strategic planning and decision making.
  • Conduct shelf life study.
  • To analyse, match and prepare new or modified samples as per requested by customers.
  • Cooperate with purchaser to verify and approve supplier’s new/ existing raw materials sample before placing order.
  • Undertake other duties assigned or directed by head of department time to time.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Agriculture, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the manufacturing industry; experience in food production is preferred.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin with multi dialects speaking ability will be an added advantage.
