WE SHALL COMPLY AND SATISFY WITH MALAYSIA FOOD ACT 1983, FOOD REGULATION 1985, FOOD HYGIENE REGULATION 2009 & RELATED COUNTRY FOOD REGULATION AND MUTUALLY AGREED CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS.
WE SHALL COMMUNICATE INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY ON ISSUES RELATED TO FOOD SAFETY.
WE SHALL ENSURE COMPETENCIES BY PROVIDING PERSONNEL WITH NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING RELATED TO FOOD SAFETY TO CULTIVATE A POSITIVE FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY CULTURE.
WE SHALL ENSURE MINIMAL FOOD LOSS & WASTE TO FULFILL UNITED NATION (UN) SUSTAINABILITY DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SGDs).
